Slices Of My Apple Heart

Three months after a school shooting the students of Parker Prep High start to assemble for a new year of school. For most students walking the halls is scary, but manageable. Though for Dex walking the halls again would be terrifying. Dex was considered a “hero” to most, but she considered herself a “murderer”. As Dex relieves the shooting and unravels a horrid mystery about Parker Prep High; she begins to realize that the over excessive stereo typing of the school is the least of her worries. As love appears a war raises inside and outside her mind, now Dex must chose whats more important: love or life?

History

Last year I started a story called, "All She Heard Was Boom". I had only written three chapters all about a school shooting. After I wrote those chapters I forgot the existed. This year I started a boom called "Blood Stained Walls". After writing on it a bit the chapters of "All She Heard Was Boom" came to my mind. I decided to combined both stories and made "Slices Of My Apple Heart". It is not finished yet and has a while to go. Most of these chapters are extremely short. That is in a way my writing style. I tend to make short detailed chapters. Please read and comment. I'd love to hear what you think.
